New Capsules
New 19th ed. Chapter Capsules
At the beginning of each 19th ed. (1-5-27 pub. date) chapter, a new EXEMPLARY STRATEGIST capsule is provided. Within each chapter, a new TECHNOLOGY (AI) capsule, GLOBAL capsule, or ETHICS capsule is provided. All total there are 11 Strategist capsules, 5 Technology capsules, 3 Global capsules, and 3 Ethics capsules – so 22 total.
- The Exemplary Strategist capsules showcase an individual that is employing strategic management exceptionally well.
- The Technology capsules exemplify how AI is being utilized in strategy formulation, implementation, and evaluation.
- The Global capsules reinforce the strategic relevance of material to global operations, issues, and conditions.
- The Ethics capsules accent the fact that “good ethics is good business” across all aspects of the strategic-management process.
