standard overview with some links to other locations. Look at the bottom

Edgar This is a great resource, but it costs $14.25 per quarter.
The filings are translated into hypertext documents, and the financial
statements and supporting tables are available in spreadsheet form.
Search for your company and go into the filings section. Go to the company's
last 10K and find the statement or table you want, then click the button
to create an Excel spreadsheet of the data and download it to your computer.
